The Disney College Program is an opportunity for students to participate in a paid internship at Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort. Students build. Upon their strengths and interests, gain real-world experience, meet guests and cast members from around the globe and take part in educational opportunities they just can't get anywhere else. This truly unique program encourages participants to network with Disney leaders, take part in personal and career development courses, and build transferable skills such as problem solving, teamwork, guest service and effective communication. Participants work in various front-line roles, including Merchandise, Entertainment, Attractions, Food & Beverage, Lodging and many more.
